We make it a policy to ensure that all staff members are up-to-date on the latest technology and techniques to make your visit as comfortable and effective as possible. Dr. Stephen Fine
Dr. Fine has been practicing in Kingston, NY for over 30 years. He did his undergraduate education at SUNY Oswego, and then went on to get his Doctor of Optometry degree at the New England College of Optometry in 1976. He is also a graduate of the Gessell Institute of Child Development "Vision of the school age child". In 1980 Dr. Fine received the Optometric Recognition Award. Then in 2003 he partnered with Park Optical. Over the years Dr. Fine has been an active member of several community and optometric organizations, including;
Dr. Michael Madigan
Dr. Madigan graduated in 1992 with a B.S. degree in Biology from the University of Western Ontario. He received his Doctor of Optometry degree from the New England College of Optometry in 1996. Dr. Madigan is a member of the American Optometric Association, New York State Optometric Association,and is the staff optometrist at Northern Dutchess Hospital. He is also a certified low vision specialist experienced in helping people optimize their usable vision. He became a member of our team in 2005.
Dr. Mary O'Hara
Dr. Mary O'Hara graduated in 2002 with a Bachelor's of Science degree from Rowan University in Glassboro, NJ. She received her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia in 2006. After graduating, she completed a 13 month residency in ocular disease at Omni Eye Services in Atlanta, GA. For the past two years, Dr. O'Hara has worked at a medically oriented private optometric practice in the Atlanta suburbs. She is currently a member of the American Optometric Association and Georgia Optometric Association.
